These Terms of Service govern your use of the OC Tickets Live platform operated by Ten-20-22 Holdings LLC. By purchasing tickets or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe (for card payments) or directly on the Base blockchain (for crypto wallet payments). All sales include a service fee which is disclosed at checkout. We do not store payment card details.
Tickets are delivered by SMS and email following confirmed payment. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 5 minutes. OC Tickets Live is not responsible for tickets undelivered due to incorrect contact information provided at checkout.
Crypto wallet payments are processed on the Base network (Ethereum Layer 2). Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Gas fees are the buyer's responsibility and are separate from ticket and service fees. OC Tickets Live is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds or network congestion.
Ticket resale is only permitted through the OC Tickets Live Ticket Exchange. Unauthorized resale outside the platform may result in ticket invalidation. A royalty fee is automatically applied to all resales and distributed to the venue.

OC Tickets Live is not liable for event cancellations, venue issues, or any indirect damages arising from ticket purchases. Our liability is limited to the face value of tickets purchased.
